YYC Freight Services will continue our regular transfer runs to Air Canada & Menzies Aviation after their move to the new cargo facility located on Apron IX.
Updated TRANSFER RUN SCHEDULE will be available on our website once the final moving dates are confirmed by Air Canada & Menzies Aviation.

MORNING RUN
Departs our warehouse between 6:15am & 7:15am
AIR CANADA // MENZIES // CARGOJET // GTA
Export/Import documents required by 17:15 the previous business day
NOON RUN
Departs our warehouse at 11:15am
AIR CANADA // MENZIES // CARGOJET // GTA
Documents required by: 10:45 am
AFTERNOON RUN
Departs our warehouse at 15:15
AIR CANADA // MENZIES // CARGOJET
Documents required by: 14:30 hrs
RUSH & SPECIAL/ DEDICATED TRANSFERS

DANGEROUS GOODS
Due to the earlier airline cut-offs for Dangerous Goods all documents are required by 10:45am
WEEKEND TRANSFERS
We complete at least 1 run each day on weekends.
Outbound cargo will be dropped off provided documents and labels are received before the weekend
Inbound cargo will be picked up provided handling agent has received release instructions and all charges owing have been covered
TRANSFERS TO FEDEX, UPS & MARSHALL TRUCKING
YYC Freight Services offers daily transfers to FedEx, UPS and Mullen Trucking.
Provided we receive documents by 11:00 am, we will arrange transfer so that cargo can fly out the same day (FedEx c/o 15:00 hrs, UPS c/o 14:00 hrs & Marshall Trucking c/o 16:00 hrs)
Documents required by: 11:00 am on weekdays
DHL & UPS cut-off is 14:00 // Fedex cut-off is 15:00 // Mullen Trucking Cut-off is 17:00
These runs are completed when requested, as they are not accessible airside
We take great effort in staying current with various airline cut-off times. We strongly encourage you to check your cut-off time with the airline at the time of booking and advise us accordingly.
Please note the above schedule is subject to change according to cut-off times set by individual airlines.
